This is my 2nd time utilizing the Valvoline instant oil change Grandview and as usual they have done an excellent job taking care of my car. Thank you.
The bay members went above and beyond to make sure my cars needs were met. They were very friendly and nice. They noticed I was a veteran and made sure to give me a military discount. I have been to several different Valvoline's and no one has ever offered me anything. I will be back to that location!!!
Excellent customer service from Farhan. I got an oil change, along with new windshield wipers. They provided easy and thorough explanations which makes you feel like your vehicle is in better hands since the workers fully understand what they’re doing and how to do it best. This is the best, and most attentive Valvoline I have been to in the area. 100% would come here again.
