I went for an Oil change today Wednesday July 2nd around 4pm. They told me everything looked good after my oil change, no extra work on my car that needed to be fixed that day. I drove off and immediately a bunch of white smoke was coming out of my exhaust, I also noticed oil was leaking under my vehicle. I called the store around 4:30pm and spoke to a lady, she told me to come back so they could look at it, so I did. I went in to get my antifreeze topped off and wall. They were trying to open my hood. They broke my hood latch. I then asked what I can do further to get it fixed, and if they would pay for the damage and they said no because it was bound to break at some point anyways. They offered no further help and left me with no way of opening my hood and I now have to pay for the damages that they caused
