Very good customer service experience.
I've been using Valvoline service centers for many years and have never had a bad experience. It's convenient and a quick way for oil service without losing the use of the car for half a day.
The Service was excellent!!! The CSR, Derek, would explain every step, every option I had right from the start! At least 3 guys got busy under the hood - you can't beat that kind of service!! They checked everything - all fluids, and even my tires. It was quick, and, although I spent more than I had anticipated, it was what the car/engine needed. So, I understood that.
