I pulled up and there was no wait. A mechanic greeted me immediately and helped me drive into the garage. He (Todd) honored my coupon and Todd and Michael were extremely polite and efficient. I thought it would take a lot longer than it did! I will continue to go to this branch of Valvoline on State Road 54 in Land O' Lakes/Odessa, FL!
Be careful. A friend of mine (F) called me because the shop noticed she had a transmission fluid leak. They were trying to upsell her on a transmission flush to fix the issue. If you don’t fix the leak, flushing the fluid will just result in more fluid coming out. A transmission flush makes no sense when there is a leak and was an extra $189.
