Went for a quick oil change. After they tried to sell me all their filters and top offs( which I didn’t need) they told me my car ( Ford F 150) has a plastic oil plug and they cannot do it. Maybe they should’ve checked that first, before trying to sell me shit. A specialized oil change shop, can’ t do a basic oil change. Unbelievable!!!
I had oil change in November 2025 and they changed my cabin filter costing $59 dollars and my air conditioning started giving problems..Today I went to a Ac tech to fix the problem and they find out cabin filter was faulty and for just $22 dollars they fixed it..I went back to valvoline to explain what happened but they said they can’t do nothing..No refund or no credit to my next oil change..So please don’t ever change cabin filter from valvoline..
