Great service 10 / 10 Angel and Ricky was great
Service was good overall! I did have to wait a bit, but it was nice that a tech was outside was helping guide the cars and keeping things organized. The guy who worked on my car was really friendly — I even asked if I could take my car on a road trip, and he said, sure! I mentioned a couple of issues, and he said they could take care of them right there, so we did, and my car feels great now. Very nice team, always taking care of anything with professionalism. Edgar was very helpful assisting and telling me everything that was going on
I am a fan of Valvoline but I am a huge fan of this particular location. Along with the efficient service, the gentleman who was helping me offered extra services as a suggestion and did not pressure me at all. The team working today had such a positive energy that it felt like they really liked working together and it felt good to be in that kind of environment. I’ll be back for sure.
