Customer service and friendliness from store manager OT was exceptional.. Very knowledgeable of services that were asked for with no pressure. Very clean Bay Area and waiting room smelled exceptionally inviting.
The manager OT took care of us. He was so kind and courteous. He was on top of all services going on in garage while servicing my car. He explained all that he was doing as he went. Not pushy but very informative. He is an asset to your business.
