I always come to this location to get my oil changed and the team always does a great job. This morning I came in to see if they can help me in removing the skid plate from my car that was hanging and Otarius was extremely helpful and always gives great customer service.
I received outstanding customer service during my recent oil change. The store manager, Otarius, went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were taken care of. He was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be returning for future services. Highly recommend!
I went in for a “quick” oil change. The workers were polite so I accepted the air filter upselling just to move the time along but when I left my skid plate fell off and a piece flew off on the highway. I drove it back the next day to fix and got no apology, a zip tie and told to buy a new plate and screws like I was at fault.
