Pedro and Omar were professional, courteous, and explained every step they were performing. Pedro explained the suggested maintenance for my vehicle. I told him the next time I returned that we would take care of some of those items. He was polite and not pushy at all.
In the past, I have gone to this location for an oil change with absolutely no problems. That is no longer the case. In December I purchased a car, it’s a 2011 mini cooper countryman, I bought it after having a complete inspection from the dealership and was given a complete work up of all the maintenance that had been done on the car. This place is amazing!!! I had a problem with another location. So, me enjoying Valvoline service I went here and tried again. They fixed my issues and got me right. I HIGHLY recommend this location. They are professional and efficient. 2👍🏽👍🏽
