I love this place so much, I came for the first time today and they went above and beyond with true dedication and positive attitudes. May God bless the men who work at Valvoline on High St. ☺️
Was sitting there for 30 minutes. Asked to move so a car that got there at the same time could go in front of me. The service tech got mad because I told him no and went to the manager. When the manager came to talk he was leaning into my vehicle in a provocative manner. He proceeded to try to intimidate me and I told him about himself. He never tried to rectify the matter. I am no longer visiting any VIOC especially this one. You guys can suck it.
