Everyone working was extremely friendly and professional. Everyone working came over and introduced themselves—said what they did there and made recommendations for what my car might need. Service was very efficient, fast, and all while I got to sit in the car—I was out of there in approx 10 to 15 mins at max!
Always a great time! John and Lawrence both are very professional, respectful and helpful. I grew up knowing about cars bc of my dad, but I still manage to learn something new while getting my oil change! I appreciate these guys.
Good customer service however not sure they're the most knowledgeable. Went in to have my skid plate fixed. When I drove up it took them less than 2mins to say the plate is fine and nothing is hanging off the car. But I just took it home, checked and saw it's still hanging there. I even double checked with the rep and she said everything was good. Very frustrating, but at least they were nice
