They overfilled my oil and told me it was not a problem even though my car was reporting overfilled oil. I had to remove oil myself and had to take it to another mechanic.
Excellent service. Honored the Groupon coupon. Informed me of other services - no pressure, no upselling. The manager there Mr. Lawrence explained everything that was asked of him.
Yeah i think this company has no choice to provide drive thru as they don’t have a waiting area. I insisted to wait outside because I had a toddler and it was a bit hot but I was told to stay in the car. The price is too expensive with this economy and was convinced to buy a cabinet filter for $60 but on Amazon these are $16 the MAX!!! At this point it just seems like they are charging extra for you to stay in your car. Wont go back again.
