My boyfriend went to get an oil change done on his Toyota. He had gone here because they advertised quick oil changes + repairs, and although the prices were fair and they gave him a coupon, they took nearly two hours to fix up his car. One of the employees took nearly 30 minutes just to screw on the skid plate on his car. No one came to tell him it would take longer than expected, just working without updating him about the repairs they were needed.
