Drained my oil and didn't have a filter... didn't tell me till I asked... 2 hrs for an oil change..
Waited over an hour for an oil change. Ended up leaving because after waiting in the bay for over 20 minutes, no one came over to service my vehicle or to explain why three cars who came after me are getting serviced before me and my hood isn’t even up. Worst customer experience I’ve had in a while
I felt like this was a very professional place and let me know exactly what they were doing! Fast oil change!!
