Jason and Aaron worked through the hot heat and kept all your customers engaged with a great attitude and smile. Both of these men are stellar employees, its not often when you go to a garage for an oil change that you encounter an infectious personality such as theirs. Hats off to both the men for pushing through the dog days of summer and making my experience at Valvoline an amazing one.
Not as expensive as some quick change places, plus the staff were awesome. They communicated with me every step of the way, and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. New customer here!
The staff was very friendly and explained everything. I was not pressured to upgrade to any additional services.
Ari was great to work with! Great customer service skills and a delight to talk with. I appreciate that they didn't assume that I knew or didn't know the details of auto mechanics and asked, first, then explained in detail what they found. Excellent service, quick, thorough and pleasant to chat with. So happy to have this service in our little town :)
