The Cumming location is really lacking in the customer service department in my opinion. They always give the impression like your intruding on their time. Everything is rushed. Half the time tire pressures aren't checked. I go to the Cumming location and the Dawsonville location and the Dawsonville location beats the Cumming location every time.
I’m a regular customer at this place, and every time I come, they never fail to impress me. Today, Alexia was very kind and sweet to me. In fact, the entire team here is truly efficient. I will always recommend this place.
