My engine is in the back of my car. This store did not know that, which should've been a sign to go elsewhere, but I've gone to Valvoline for years without issue. A number of days after the service I started noticing a vibration which was getting worse. When walking up behind my car I noticed my engine shield was hanging down on one side and scratches in the bumper that looked like a drill slipped and hit it. I called Valvoline, the store manager Johnnie looked at it and determined they didn't cause the damage....of course! ... read more
