I brought three of my vehicles into the Valvoline near Monkey Junction today, and the experience was fantastic. Huge thanks to Ryan, Jacob, and Dexter for being top notch professionals. They handled the inspections efficiently and also did a synthetic oil change for me. What really stood out was that they went above and beyond to physically show me the new oil on the dipstick to confirm the job was done properly. It’s an extremely safe, well run, and genuinely honest shop. Highly recommend!
I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but unfortunately I had a very concerning experience after an oil change at this location. When I came in for my oil change on November 10th, the shop quickly became very busy and the staff appeared overwhelmed.
