I sent my son to get the oil changed on our Volkswagen Jetta, which strictly requires 0W-20 oil (VW 508 00 specification). Despite him explicitly communicating the correct oil type, the technicians mistakenly installed 5W-40. Putting the wrong viscosity oil can cause severe engine performance issues and potentially void the manufacturer’s warranty. It’s a great place to take your car for oil change. The staff is very friendly and nice; I didn’t have to get out of my car at all. The atmosphere was perfect, right next door is KFC, so I left Valvoline to purchase my dinner, very convenient.
Service was great. As always any time I go.
