Normally I dont like to put complaints in but today I went in and got my oil change done but when in doing so the person that was in charge of putting my fresh oil in splashed oil all over my engine on the window my plastic covers and instead of saying hey im sorry we had a slight accident they closed the hood to my car and ignored it. So as im driving I start to smell burning and see slight smoke that's what even caused me to look under my hood. Very unprofessional so disappointed I will never go back to this location. Went in to get a oil change today while visiting family in winter haven since I did not get a oil change before I left georgia. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Spoke with the manager Mr. Johnson. He was cool as a fan and helped his staff in the process of taking of my vehicle. I appreciate this location again staff and manager are great. If I'm ever in winter haven and need a oil change again I will definitely be back. 5 stars to Mr. Johnson and his crew🫡🤌✊️
