I stopped by for an oil change to my sienna. I been using this location for 3 years the guy who helped me this time was so rude. I didnt understand when he said the air filter doesn't need to be replaced, so I said not Thanks only the oil change. And he reply so upset saying: I said it doesn't need to be replaced!! I was like okay... excuseme I didn't understand, usually you guys recommend to change it. Any way, when I received my invoice by email I notice they charge $13 dokar extra for extra oil. I had a great experience it was way better than take five or any other oil changing place everyone was well experienced and it was really fast. I would highly recommend their technician Wes he was awesome
