Technicians we friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly on oil change and radiator service.
Too way to long to get checked. KJ needs some more training on running credit card through and changing car oil reminders. Two cars came in after me and they out before valvoline got through with me.
The staff were very responsive, answered all of my questions and worked efficiently as a team to get me back on the road. Excellent experience!
Very professional, honesty and understanding. Not pushy salesman. Reese at the louetta and kuykendahl location was very informative and helpful through the process. Definitely will be returning for future services.
The pretend their state inspection is not working a hour before closing. That's okay, I can find a new place for my oil. Jiffy Lube on the same street pulled the same thing.
