Loved the experience they are top notch. I have an old Prius too and she knew so much about it it made me feel comfortable knowing it's good to go!
Staff really courteous
I took my car to this Valvoline outlet. The car was in good condition, drives great and no leaks. Few minutes into their Oil change and transmission fluid change, One of the staff admitted on sticking the tube used to transmit the transmission oil too deep into my engine and that it was STUCK in there and they would have to tow my car to an auto repair shop, and they will be responsible for the towing.
