They promote services and then they dont want to do the work. They tell you to come back another day. Total waste of time. Unprofessional too. Should have known better and listened to everyone else when they bad mouth drive thru oil change places like this.

I came in for an oil change and also needed a tire rotation. The old lug nuts were so swollen that they were tough to get off. The team had to put in extra effort to rotate my tires, but they handled it with such a positive attitude the whole time. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to get the job done. Really appreciate the great service and will definitely be a returning customer to support this location. The manager Arron and the rest of the team at this Valvoline location do an excellent job. I service a lot of vehicles with them. Their service and knowledge are unmatched I would highly recommend this location
