I am new to Texas and feel like back home, sit in car oil changes are not a thing. I appreciated that it was fast and efficient on my way home from work and I did not need to take off time to go get it done. The two guys that worked on my car (that I talked to) were friendly and informative. I appreciated that they were honest about my filters and that I had time before I needed to replace them so I was very appreciative of the honesty. I will be back again for my next oil change this fall!
Benjamin kindly greeted us and our car was in a bay within 3-4 minutes. He promptly started our oil change service while checking the cabin and engine air filters. Together we decided to replace the cabin filter, he allowed my son to watch and learn about the process. Ben informed me that the engine filter was a little dirty but not too bad, we decided to let that one last longer. The cherry on top was that he brought my son a StarCrunch snack, very thoughtful!
