Caleb, Mason & Talon went above & beyond when my car died as soon as I pulled it into the bay (pre-existing situation). Still got the oil change & they tried to troubleshoot in between other customers. Couldn’t get it started, so they pushed me to a parking space until I could get it figured out. The guys were so nice & patient & truly tried to figure it out, even though it was outside of their scope. P.S. It did end up starting later on that day.

This was my second visit to this Valvoline location, and I have to say—both times, the service was fantastic! 🤩 The convenience of staying in your car for the entire service is GREAT, and it’s even better knowing the team at this location is consistently friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how they informed me about any recommended services without any sales pitch pressure. Plus, they replaced my stripped oil drain plug (thanks, Walmart). Highly recommend this location to anyone in need of reliable service!
