I arrived shortly before closing, apologies for that. Just got off work and when there, the staff were all very helpful, friendly and as always took care of me! Thank you!
Survey Comment: Overall the service was good. Then I get home and after a couple of hours see an oil spot on the driveway about 3" in diameter. The technicians rarely wipe down the oil filter area that gets leaky oil during filter change out. Suggest you issue a reminder to your technicians to thoroughly wipe down the oil filter area and adjacent components to ensure no oil drips.
