Inconsistent, closes early, not great service at all, rude employees
I brought my 2018 BMW X5 xDrive35i to this Valvoline on 1/29/26 for a routine oil change and paid $152.43. Before service, my vehicle had no oil leaks, which was confirmed by their initial inspection report. A trainee worked on my vehicle during the service. After the oil change, I was suddenly told my car had an oil leak and was given a second inspection printout that directly contradicted the first. The worst service of my life. My daughter went tho this store just for a regular oil change. Went she came back, the car was leaking A LOT OF OIL, BUT LIKE A POOL. She came back immediately and they told her, they can replace the part there and just fix the problem, the next day. LYERSSSSSS.
