I had excellent customer service on my first two visits but my third visit was frustrating because two cars that arrived after me were helped before me. There was no acknowledgement or apology for this from any staff member even when I asked if I would be next. They need a better queueing system.
Very professional staff and I was informed every step of the process.
It was great! Luke took great care of me and my car! I received an oil change and my radiator fluid exchanged as well and he did a great job! Anytime I come, I know I can trust him or Tyler! Thankful to be able to go somewhere and feel as if I’m in good hands!
I came here a couple days ago to get my oil changed and everything was great until I asked the guy did he refill my fluids and he told me yes but upon leaving, I found out that my fluid were not refilled. Also, I had got my brake light fixed While I was there and in less than 24 hours my brake light was back broken. Every time I get my oil changed, the service is always fast, friendly, and very thorough. Consistently great service! I have never had a bad experience there. I'm confident that you won't either.
