I have lived in Boise for three years now and this Valvoline is my go-to destination for regular maintenance on my vehicle. It is convenient for me to stop in when there is no waiting, the fellas are friendly and fun, a happy staff. They do a thorough check on the vehicle yet give me control over decisions for my situation without any prodding or criticism and they complete the task in a timely fashion. I just had the most amazing and blessed help on my car at Valvoline. They couldn’t have been any nicer and any more helpful to me with my limited as income. I greatly recommend Valvoline to anyone who needs wonderful customer service, wonderful knowledgeable car service and so on. Zach and Dylan was amazing. He definitely deserves huge kudos for the help he has given me.
Always a great experience. Being a woman, it can feel a little intimidating having maintenance done on your vehicle. The Vavoline crew at GC are always respectful and informative. Would recommend.
Very disappointed with this location I got an oil change a few months ago and now a few months later we’re doing my oil change and we find a PAPER TOWEL full of oil inside my hood and then we went to take my engine cover off and they put it on incorrectly which made it get hooked onto my coolant hose and breaking it and now I’m having to spend hundreds trying to fix it.
