Very professional, very quick and easy. Standard price for a full synthetic oil change. Nothing out of the ordinary. I work in the automotive field. I played dumb and asked questions about the air filter and cabin air filter and things like that. They didn't try to oversell me and they were intellectually honest about why exactly it needed replacement. It didn't need to be replaced.
