My car started overheating out of nowhere and I was incredibly stressed out over it, but I went in to this Valvoline location and they took care of it right away. Tully, Victor, and Richard made the process incredibly easy, and as a less car savvy person, made it easy for me to understand what was going on. All three of these guys were incredibly nice and got me in and out very quickly, and I appreciate it so much!!! thank you guys!!

***Consumer beware*** I brought my car into Valvoline at 3930 W State St Boise, Idaho for an oil change. On my last visit, it was suggested that I get a manual transmission service performed, so at this visit, I paid for the transmission service along with the oil change. 35 miles later as I was pulling into my parking spot at work the transmission completely seized up due to the lack of oil. They are friendly and efficient. They go the extra mile for customers. Always helpful in letting me know what I need but never pushy. *They even alerted me I had a nail when they were filling the tires to accurate pressure. I only get my oil changed at Valvoline. They have earned my entire family's trust.
