I stopped after work today to get an oil change. A person directing me into the spot where I needed to park was not very kind. I proceeded with getting the oil change and even told the person I spoke with that I usually do it myself but because of the location of the oil filter that it was not sure that I would be able to do it. I came in not realizing that I’m early for an oil change. Chad notified me and asked if I wanted to proceed. I told him I’ll come back since the oil is still good. Not very common to get honesty like how Chad demonstrated. Thanks again, Chad! I’ll be back in a couple weeks
Service was good and quick. Didn’t try to oversell me.
This place is terrible employees seem not happy. I waited about 25 Minutes outside, waiting for my turn. So I left It seems the employees were not in a hurry. This is on 6/5 at 5:30 pm .. I will never go back again ..
