I just moved to the area and really glad I’ve been going to Valvoline on Telegraph. A month ago, I stopped by a little early for an oil change, and instead of upselling me, the techs were honest and said I didn’t need one yet. They even topped off my fluids at no charge, which I really appreciated. This time around, they got me in and out quick, and they even fixed up a loose splash guard I had hanging under the car, didn’t make a big deal about it or anything, just took care of it and I really appreciate it.
Such a horrible experience! Please do yourselves a favor and find a locally owned shop. Lets all come together and help out the little shops before going to a national chain. What should have been a 15 minute oil change turned into over 30 minutes. The "manager" on shift had no clue on why they were taking so long.
