Malik helped me during my visit and he was great! He didn't seem like he was trying to scam me. he taught me how to change my own cabin air filter and he was respectful and communicative. Definitely trust them for the future
Three cars, three issues. First, they put the wrong weight oil in my 300zx and I had to go back and have it corrected. It spun a bearing 4000 miles later. I doubt they will even cover it (the engine was a fresh rebuild). They double gasketed the filter on my Toyota tundra. I just checked the oil level on my wife’s Mustang and it’s over filled by at least 2 quarts. That’s three for three.
Came here for an oil change at 5:30pm. Sat and waited to be pulled into the bay. Was finally guided in. Another car (BMW) was guided in AFTER me and was immediately attended to. Get the old staff back here. The black young lady with the multicolor hair. The older guy. The staff here as of Feb 2026 are NOT on it. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Valvoline. After a routine oil change, the metal plate under my car was never reinstalled. I discovered this only after hearing a loud noise on the highway and finding the plate dragging on the ground. I couldn’t reach the shop by phone and had to contact corporate to start a claim. When I returned, the staff admitted the mistake was due to poor communication—one employee removed the plate and went to lunch, and the next person didn’t put it back on.
