Took longer than I expected but was the best oil change service I ever had by far. Car is better shape than when I left.
Very slow I've been waiting here for almost 2 hours, it's always fast in other valvoline but here in slow.
Great service…once they get around to helping you. You’re gonna wait a loooooong time to get helped (I was third in line, waited 1 hr 15m), and this is how it’s been when I’ve come here a few times. The great part is once you’re in line you’re stuck! No easy escape route in that parking lot.
***DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE**** Remember, I warned you…. Nothing about this experience was INSTANT (as their logo and website states)! This was an hour and fifteen minute experience for me in 89 degree weather yesterday, Friday June 27th!! I had a coupon for half off my service that wasn’t honored because of the different type of oil changes not clearly advertised on Valvoline’s site or on the coupon.
