I don’t know what happened. I pulled up to this Valvoline expecting quick and quality service, as I’ve gotten in the past, and was quickly disappointed. Throughout my 30 minute wait (which was the longest I’d ever waited at a Valvoline), no technician came to explain the hold up. By the time one of the cars was finally finished and it was time for the next car to pull in, no technician cared to keep track of who came first to serve those who had waited the longest. I took my GMC Yukon in for an oil change on Aug 14 and was assisted by Javi. He was polite and professional and got the work completed quickly and professionally. I needed to have the transmission fluid serviced so he explained the process and the pricing and helped me select the right plan for my vehicle.
