I’ve been a regular customer at this location for over a year, visiting frequently since I travel more than 500 miles a week for work. However, my experience today was very disappointing. The employee I interacted with was unprofessional and made multiple unfair, judgmental assumptions about me and my finances, which was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. I took my 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback Shelby GT500 Restomod to the Athens, AL Valvoline store with my own oil and oil filter. Due to mistakes of my own making, I bought the incorrect oil filter and temp manager Brad was kind enough, and completely service oriented, to drive me twice to a local auto parts store in order to get the correct oil filter as Valvoline did not carry the one for my classic muscle car. I will never forget the level of service from Brad or Valvoline. Thank you.
A fantastic level of service was provided, and Durrian is in charge of a fantastic team. I had the oil changed, and I also had the fuel filter changed, which was in dire need of being updated. My old, rusty, and worn-out fuel filter was shown to me by the service technician who sported a stylish mustache.
