The Valvoline techs who serviced my vehicle were extremely knowledge and helped me decide what services I need during my visit and what could wait until my next one. They were thorough in explain why they were recommending the services they were prioritizing and made me feel at ease with my purchase decisions. I have been servicing my vehicle at this particular Valvoline for quite some time and am always impressed with the speediness and thorough work they do.
Justin and the rest of the team do a great job.
Horrible experience and don’t recommend coming unless you like an unreliable and unfriendly staff, the team member or whatever Justin was very rude and pushy, he even yelled at his staff which made my wife feel very uncomfortable. Him yelling at a female coworker is upsetting and the entire crew just watched. They need better training and better communication. Not a stress free oil change
