Everyone was friendly enough, though they were very pushy about selling services "recommended by Valvoline" that I did not need. I am sure this is just the case at all Valvoline locations and is not what ultimately ruined the experience, though I was not fond of it. I'm really not satisfied with the quality of the oil change I received. It seems the technicians only extracted part of the old oil (3 out of the 4.4 - 5.1 quarts) before adding new oil (4.4 quarts), which led to the engine being overfilled. I visited twice for the same A/C service and left both times with the issue unresolved—worse, actually. My A/C is now blowing hotter than before, and the system whistles when on. I paid for a service I don’t believe was performed properly, and I was told different things each visit. No one clearly explained the compressor issue, and I was never informed that Freon wasn’t added. This left me frustrated and financially inconvenienced in the middle of a heat wave. Fast and easy, highly recommend. Could have better prices
Had my oil changed today. Was a really great experience! Kelvin was cool, calm, kind, and very helpful. Felix was funny, friendly, told me my engine looked really good. I liked that! Philip took over with the fuel system cleaning and quickened it up a bit. Thanks guys, you really made my day! Your bosses should be really proud of you :) Yelp coupon for 20% off made it all worthwhile! True Story!!!
