Well I said I had a coupon and while I was trying to pull it up I said I'll find it... then I was told that it would be necessary for me to leave the garage and pull around back once I found the coupon which took me 2 minutes
Please make sure you have sufficient supplies before getting payment. In my experience, I was at the service center for over an hour because there wasn't enough synthetic oil for my car. I had already paid, so there was no way I was leaving without my service. I had other stores I wanted to visit after I left, but couldn't because they were now closed. The staff, while friendly and appologetic, should have informed me earlier so I could have decided if I still wanted the service.
they were very kind and patient they over exceeded my expectations. Their compressor went down and they offered a 20% coupon for the weight and they even seen that my car was having issues and they tested my alternator and battery for me. Very kind gentleman very thorough made sure I seen the levels and the quality of oil that they put in my car. I will definitely be going back to that location and that location only thank you Valvoline.!
