I do not feel like the individual that was front facing with me was knowledgeable about what he was talking about. He tried to sell me on a radiator flush that is supposed to happen at 100,000 miles. He said my vehicle is “overdo” for the flush but my mileage is at 83,000. When I pushed back at Thai recommendation he said, “well you 100,000 miles may be different than my 100,000 miles”. Only place I take my truck! These guys rock! Shout out to Brandon, Cameron, Larry and Deamonte for the service! Those are just the guys I know the names for all of them were all stars! The shop is a well oiled machine!
I think I was involved in a shift change. The person that started with me half way through undressed and left. Before he left he explained he can no longer perform an oil change by removing the drain plug. This would be the last time. I explained only Toyota and Vavoline are the only two service centers to perform the oil changes it did not change his stance that they will only suck out of the dipstick going forward.
