Went twice and had to return both times to have things corrected. Drain plug wasn’t tightened and skid plate was not attached fully so dragged the ground ***response to owner’s response. No thanks, lesson learned on my end

The manager at this Short Pump location is wonderful. The coolant line in my car broke as they were doing the oil change. It was 4:45 in the afternoon, and I was leaving on a road trip at 5 AM the next morning. She got in her car, drove to the BMW dealership, picked up the part, returned, and replaced it. She didn't charge for the part or the oil change. I highly recommend the integrity of this company.
