They changed the direction of traffic, go in from the back now. The place is getting cleaned up and looking good!
DO NOT GO TO this Valvoline. During a vehicle inspection, they do "brake checks."Mechanic backs into a parking spot, and PEELS out and slams the brakes as hard as he could in the parking lot!
Overpriced, always trying to upsell their services, and long wait.

Wow! Awesome service! And… they were able to service my Mini Cooper! Quick service, first come first serve. Checked lights, tires, windshield wipers stayed in car entire time.
The put Freon in my car for my AC. cool air now. Yay
If you are in a hurry this is definitely not where you want to go. Worst staff ever.
I'm not local to Texas but I have been traveling around the country and I stopped at Valvoline located at 1701 Spring Green Blvd, Katy, TX 77494 on 10/26/2020 and they forgot to add new oil back in
