They were out of the type of oil I needed, which is not what I am upset about. My car was scanned right when I got there. I waited for 45 minutes, which was fine too. Then when it was my turn for the oil change, I was informed that they didn’t place an order for the type of oil I need. You guys need to do a better job of letting people know when they arrive instead of making them wait.
The staff at Valvoline know their stuff, are aware of your car’s milestones and make appropriate recommendations based on those milestones. I’ve also noticed they make sure their staff is cross trained. So happy to have discovered Valvoline, it couldn’t get any easier.

Jon Jason and Joel the J Team! were absolutely excellent, they took the time to explain to my husband and I what was going on with our vehicle and were so kind and courteous. Honestly every single encounter I have ever had with this location, all of their employees, their entire team, has been positive, you can tell that they are passionate about what they do. You always feel like you learned something new.
I have no idea what to say was they were very calm about it assuming that they would help me and they just did that Daniel And Kenny !!!!
