Staff was pleasant. There were no high pressure sales. Got in and out without an appointment in an expeditious timeframe which is contributing factor for me returning.
I always go to the Valvoline Instant Oil Change at the Brimfield/Kent location and they always do a great job! Great crew. Would highly recommend
Definitely not the friendliest group of people you'll ever meet, but I'm just there for the oil change!
