Highly satisfied, but..........I copied and pasted a $15 coupon code from the Valvoline webpage. The guy waiting on me, who was very professional, said the code wasn't a valid code. I was given $7 off, but was expecting $15. Other than that, it was a great visit. Regards, Dave
I don’t usually give anything a 5 star review but Rick, the manager, was incredible. I don’t really associate oil change shops with “I’ll do whatever I need to do I can make it right”, but my mind is changed with this Valvoline. This is a winner here and I’ll be going back again.
I came at opening and the crew members were very polite and quick! Management is extremely professional and friendly. Will come back! Great job
They found out that they did not have my oil filter after they started my oil change. I called 5 days later and did the AI dance, (not a fan) and then they got the filters in the next day so I was able to get it done. Love the team there, but did not like making the trip twice.
