The boys were working very hard on one of the hottest days of the year so far. Great service!
I recently tried this location as it is new to my local area. I have used the locations in Kent and Tallmadge but this is just down the street from where I live. I got an oil change and very little wait time. I will likely use this location in the future.
Pulled up to the bay, not even remotely paying attention to the fact that they were closed and I just wanted my tires filled. matthew, the assistant manager came out and was so friendly and said they were closed, but he would help me out anyway. it was just very sweet and I hope he knows it was GREATLY appreciated. nice smile, super cute, all around a good experience. if he sees this thank you again!
Workers are professional and helpful t resetting lights. They don't give judgemental dirty looks when passing on Xtra offers like air filter and fluid changes. Bc let's face it life happens & even though we know we should pay for different t beneficial services, we cant
