First time going to this location and they went above and beyond for me. The manager Brody and his team did an amazing job! It’s a bit of a drive for me but for the great customer service it’s worth the drive. I will definitely be getting my oil change at this location.

Got my vehicle serviced here yesterday. And of course they ask if you want to do the required maintenance. I needed new windshield wipers and transmission fluid changed. Ok, how much? He tells me $35 for the wipers and $99 for the transmission. So I get the receipt and tada…It was $50 for the wipers and $165 for the transmission fluid…I’ll chalk this up as a loss due to me failing to check. However, I’ll never come here again.
Beware! Manager and staff taking advantage of the lack of knowledge of their customers to upsell un-needed products. Store took advantage of my wife’s lack of knowledge by recommending to change a permanent filter that could have been cleaned for a disposable filter without explaining but rather focusing on the upsell. Contacted store and manager decide to blame my wife for her agreeing to buy the filter while keeping our permanent K&N filter that could have just been cleaned.
