I’ve been coming here for 4 years but won’t be back. The past few visits the service has become increasingly unprofessional. This last visit on 28 Aug was the final straw. The tech said “no oil on dipstick”. When I asked for clarification the service rep said “yeah Pops, you 2,000 overdue….thats what happens”. No further explanation. When I got home I checked everything and found the engine coolant was at the “low” line as well however the invoice I raced said it was checked and was marked as “ok”. I can. Everything about this visit was above expectations. Waiting time was brief, the tech person I spoke with was friendly and kept me informed as the oil change progressed. Additional services were offered, but no one was pushy. I plan to return to this location again.
😡😡😡😡😡BEWARE I JUST GOT CHARGED 8 Times for SAME Oil Change!!!!! So I now have over a $1000 bill!!! We go back after noticing they say sorry there’s nothing we can do. You have to call the number on the back of the receipt 🧾. That happens with these machines 😳😳😳😳😳. Like how many other times has this happened!! He was so nonchalant about. Like we have $1000 to give away!!!
