Fast and easy
Valvoline consistently provides top tier customer service. They are always friendly - from check in to the person providing the service. I feel confident that they will provide the service accurately and not take corners. They are efficient and work great as a team. This time around I had Trent check me in who was very friendly and explained each step along the way. Dwayne changed the oil with a smile and did a wonderful job. This was at the Lightfoot location in Williamsburg, VA.
Gave my wife directions on which oil to put in the car and they defied my request. So much for listening to your customers. We won’t return of but I should drain the oil out at the front door.
Alwsys great experience
I’ve been coming here for 4 years but won’t be back. The past few visits the service has become increasingly unprofessional. This last visit on 28 Aug was the final straw. The tech said “no oil on dipstick”. When I asked for clarification the service rep said “yeah Pops, you 2,000 overdue….thats what happens”. No further explanation. When I got home I checked everything and found the engine coolant was at the “low” line as well however the invoice I raced said it was checked and was marked as “ok”. I can.
