Jake was amazing this morning, I arrived at opening and there were only two staff but he had a keen ability to balance out two vehicles, was kind, gave updates on timing and really a pleasant morning experience.
Went extra mile to put on a new wiper after I had pulled out of bay & retrieved it from under back seat.
My car was making noise and it was clearly because I had been long overdue on an oil change. I had a long drive ahead of me and knew if I didn’t get this figured out, my car would have likely broke down. This place closes at 7 p.m. I got here at 6:55 p.m. I felt terrible for showing up that close to closing but the technician understood and was polite. Steven was my technician and he did a great job. He made sure I was fully aware of my oil options and answered any questions I had during my visit.
Excellent experience! Even my 11-year old was impressed, and he doesn’t usually speak up about an oil change. Thank you for the thorough and efficient service. We’ll see you next time!
