Sent my wife to get oil change in 2014 dodge van which takes conventional oil. They did not tell her price or give options on oil, then at the end charged her 98.00. are you kidding me! The parts are less than 30 bucks at retail price. Will never take my vehicles there again. You can't just do what you want and make customers pay what you want with out at first telling them or giving options. B.S.
