Sean, Elijah and Nick were amazing, worked me through 2 oil changes and other needed services…even a well timed Dad Joke to top off the experience. I really appreciated their advice in a non-pushy attitude. This is my go-to shop for oil changes!
I have been going to this Vavoline shop, on Eagle for a couple of years. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Great communication! Sean and James took care of me today. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Vavoline and this particular location is my favorite!
They voided the warranty for a battery i bought two years ago because I simply removed it from the vehicle. Expect these guys to nickel and dime you every time.
I initially went to another oil change shop, where I waited 45 minutes only to be told they couldn’t service my car because the oil filter bolt was supposedly over-torqued. Unsatisfied, I took my car to Valvoline and asked if they could inspect the bolt to determine if it was actually out of spec.
