SM Henry left his store on a Friday (probably busy) to assist the Columbia Avenue store in Lancaster, PA because of my tire lug stud issue that held up one of their three bays. Henry went all out to help another store and a customer was not his. I am so grateful that he and his team made changes/sacrifices on the stop to help me at a different shop and STILL be able to assist their customers without any kind of consequences. These guys are amazing! On a very busy Saturday, they kept everything moving and they were very professional and organized. This was my first experience here and I will definitely come back again. Thank you guys, keep up the good work!!
The staff is great! They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. If they don't know, that ask someone and that employee is quick and patient to help them. The one employee even remembered me from a previous visit.
