They stripped my daughter’s oil plug in her truck. This wasn’t discovered until she took it somewhere else. The manager initially called and offered to fix it but then changed his mind andlied to corporate saying he never offered to fix it! Now she has to pay another garage $275 to fix it. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE! They will mess up your vehicle and lie!

The team there was friendly and efficient, I was in and out with my oil change in 20 minutes. They even helped me figure out the dozens of menus that needed to be gone through to reset the service due indicator.
I doubt I’ll return to the Manheim Pike location. My first time there and I left feeling annoyed. The guy with long dreads, seemed annoyed whenever I asked him a question. When he scanned my coupon, he said it didn’t work but I don’t believe him. He said he still gave me another coupon but it didn’t seem that way, due to the amount that I paid.
