I was told that everything was checked and filled. After leaving, the tires, wiper fluid were not done. Going down the freeway, there was so much vibration from the tires. I was sure the tires were going to go flat, or fly off. I was litterly scared. This has happened to me before. I specificly, asked if they could help me out while getting the oil and filters replaced. At this point, I'm not even sure if the work was done.
I was very pleased with the quickness. The technicians were professional, polite and friendly. It was a very good experience and I will go back there.

I love getting my oil changed here. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful, especially Caleb. He took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Fast service and great customer care every time. Highly recommend this Valvoline location!
All the technicians were very friendly and informative. Gave good advice for car maintenance but didn’t try to push anything on me, which is appreciated. If you don’t have the time or the money to take your car to the dealership for preventative maintenance, I would recommend going to this Valvoline location. 👍🏼
