Friendly, but Slow as molasses. don’t go on lunch break. Prepare for a long wait.
I came in for an oil change last month and the staff was very friendly and let me know that my skid plate was missing clips and they even replaced them for me free of charge. They also informed me of a cabin air filter i didn’t know was there and replaced my old nasty one and still got my car out in about 11 minutes. Thank you to the crew at Valvoline!
Very nice and helpful employees. Gave me options but didn't pressure me to buy. Even answered questions about another vehicle in our household. Super friendly, would recommend!
