I do not appreciate the condescending way in which your CSR presented himself. I am 71 years old and have done many an oil change in my day. But due to physical limitations I now have to take the car in for this procedure. I asked him why they use that ridiculous suction to remove the oil rather than the tried and true method of removing the oil drain plug and draining.
