Will never go to Valvoline ever again I just got an oil change last week tire pressure light came on so I went back to see if I could get some air in the tires I was told it’s a service charge of 10 dollars I’ll just go somewhere else where they do it for free.
I was greeted in a prompt and friendly manner. It was easy to discuss the options needed to keep my car running smoothly.
I do not appreciate the condescending way in which your CSR presented himself. I am 71 years old and have done many an oil change in my day. But due to physical limitations I now have to take the car in for this procedure. I asked him why they use that ridiculous suction to remove the oil rather than the tried and true method of removing the oil drain plug and draining.
