I asked the technicians to check where any oil leaks from my engine were coming from. Although they could not directly identify any serious leaks, they did help give me an idea of what was causing the issue. Always kind. Always polite. Great service.
I have never seen people move more slowly. Each car is taking about 30 minutes to do a oil change. This is my first time at Valvoline and my last time. Jiffy Lube can get a car in and out in 10 minutes.

Had a great experience today with technician Diego. I have always gotten great service at the Burien location. Quick and professional.
Nice that you can sit in the car and they get done fast. My only gripe is the price is a lot more than other places ive stopped at.
