Overselling stuff that's not really needed! Told me Kia recommends radiator fluid change at 24k, but that not needed until 60k. Bunch of liars. Don't trust them beyond a simple oil change.
Completely incompetent. I have been to this Valvoline before and been very happy with the service but my experience today was horrible. My car was initially looked at and checked in only to get to the front of the line 45 minutes later and be told that no one could work on my car. I was offered very little explanation or communication and ultimately my time was wasted because of the poor service here. I’m super disappointed in the quality of service offered at this location.
A couple days prior, I had a bad experience trying to get an oil change at another business, so three of my co-workers recommended this spot and I am so glad that I found this place. My first experience here was amazing! Shahid greeted me right away and was so professional and nice. He explained everything well to me. Went in for an oil change on 12/24. While the technician was checking my air filter, they managed to uninstall the air filter compartment in the process as provided by the photos. Mind you it’s only two clips to remove the air filter cover. I have no idea how the technician managed to rip out the whole compartment. I only noticed it was damaged because they had issues closing the hood.
