Love them they are quick and efficient and very friendly
I didn't have a good experience. The edit was longer than I've ever experienced at an oil change place. I was asked to switch spaces with another customer because he was allegedly there first and the car in front of me was about to be completed. I then had to wait longer and was probably there for about an hr and a half which is ridiculous! There was no compensation or sorry for such and such and my oil change was quick. Needless to say I won't be back to this location
The young man who assisted me was very polite and informative. What I loved is when I asked a question and he did not know the answer he was respectful enough to say I am not sure let me take a partner. That earned my trust because mechanics will tell you anything and keep going. The whole team on this day rocked. I will be in this location regularly for my oil changes!
Very friendly staff! Elizabeth helped me out for an oil change and she was great! Informed me of what needed to be done on my vehicle without being pushy or sell me something just for the sale. She explained everything and was super kind while doing it!
