Techs were friendly and fast, as well as thorough. In and out in under 20 minutes. I was advised of upcoming service intervals. The building, grounds, and shop-space were all well kept. I like that they scan my VIN and my service records are uploaded to the cloud, which keeps my warranty intact.
Inaccurate invoice description of fluid amounts replaced in my Trans and power steering. Was told it doesn't matter. When selling a car, record of services matter. No introduction but overall friendly.
They do a good job but real upsetting they give some customers a 10% discount while others are just SOL.
