Fast, friendly and very professional!!
I went in for an oil change but at around 1k miles my engine seized on me. When I called to escalate the issue they refused to acknowledge that they may have put in the incorrect amount of oil. They stated all engines are different and consume oil at different rates. They even sent me a picture of the tech holding the dipstick.
