I had been coming here since I got my truck last year yesterday I have had a bad experience the young guy that poured oil into my truck spilled oil all over my engine bay , I noticed right away & did tell him what I seen , he cleaned what he seen & took a picture to insist it was only a little bit , I told my husband about what happened he went under my truck to find oil all over my filter , the oil spill continued all the way to the bottom & even stained my driveway when I got home, I really trusted y’all with my new 2023 I... read more

was a great service but disappointed that the last Valvoline I went to in Sugarland over tightened my oil filter cap making it difficult for the Pearland location to remove it but they were able to get it off..
