This is actually supposed to be Valvoline on Friendswood Drive in Friendswood, TX. After having coolant flush work done, I had an issue with the coolant and two staff members drove 18 miles to check out what was wrong, added coolant and my car is perfect again. Valvoline NEVER hesitated to come out and check out the problem. WHO DOES THAT. I love this franchise location and everyone who needs an oil change should go there. I cannot recommend Valvoline on Pearland Parkway enough - every single time I have been there, the employees have been the kindest people I have ever interacted with. They know their stuff, make it quick and easy to get my oil changed - don't try to oversell me on things I do not need and are SO NICE!
