I go to get my oil changed and I've BEEN having issues with my truck starting for months. I thought it was the starter or something because I just bought this battery last year. Anyway they check and it's the battery. He's like I have a $250 battery for you. I'm like I have a warranty, I'll take care of it. Long story short they were like start the truck. It starts. I’ve been coming here for 3 years on all vehicles. There was one time they didn’t have my air filter. They said I could buy one outside and bring it to get installed for free for the inconvenience. Amazing crew, in and out really fast. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I always have such a wonderous experience at Valvoline. The staff is quite knowledgeable and they were doing a promotion to help those in need. Caring for our community is just as important as caring for our cars!
