The staff was very friendly & informative. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, they were there waiting & able to get my F150 into the bay immediately & I never had to step foot outside my old truck. I thought the pricing was a bit much, but really afterall you are paying for the convenience of not having to go buy everything & then do it yourself.
