These guys are bad news. They just broke my 20 year old nieces car and now refuse to make it right. Be better Valvoline. Smh.
They popped a seal on my transmission and refuse to do anything about it. Pathetic
ZERO STARS!!! Beware! Out of all your choices, DO NOT CHOOSE VALVOLINE! My niece trusted them to do a transmission flush on her Nissan. Unfortunately, they didn't follow the correct procedures and popped a seal. They are not taking responsibility for it. VALVOLINE needs to step up and make it right.
There is intense pressure from upper management to reach a high average ticket (around $140), which then gets passed down to employees through constant upselling expectations.
