Valvoline “instant oil change” is a funny joke. What should take 15 minutes took 40 minutes.
Why they bother to have a dedicated inspection line makes no sense. The inspection line with cars backed up five cars. Deep was doing oil change and other services. I waited for an hour and never even got close to getting an inspection and had to leave. Very disappointing service especially considering I asked the staff if I was in the right spot for an inspection only. The staff never bothered to communicate with any of the multiple cars sitting in line. Several people drove away and left because nothing was moving.
Always awesome. To go get my oil changed fast and by friendly staff.
