I went in for a simple oil change, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. They claimed to have topped off all my fluids, but when I started my car the very next day, the coolant was completely empty. When I called to address the issue, the area manager, Heather, was extremely unprofessional — she cussed me out, raised her voice, and hung up on me instead of helping. Fast and easy didn't even have to get out of my car. Technician were nice. So fast and friendly. Love this place
First time at this place. Went for emissions / registration renewal. I was astounded at the teamwork and communication. They all clearly love what they do and they work well together. No negativity here! A girl named Mir guided me in and got my information into their computer and then one of her coworkers came over and he verbally praised her for her good work on that part!
