Alejandro and William were the people who did the inspection and it went perfect
Excessive wait. The manager was the only one that could do anything. He was running from one bay to the next. Had to wait over an hour for an inspection since he was the only one qualified.
I've been here 3 times for service over the last 2 years, in hopes that it would get better. It never has. All 3 times they have not done any work. The first time they didn't have my oil (seriously) the second time, they didn't have the headlight I needed, and the third time, I waited in the back for someone to tell me which lane to go to, then they waved me forward because there were cars waiting to pull in. We went to this location Saturday 7/19/25 for an inspection. The system was down and had to go to a different location. Although, we didn’t get service done here the customer service was one point!! Good customer service is hard to come by these days, so I wanted to highlight this location!
