I don’t know if everyone is new here but there seems to be some general awareness missing from doing their jobs.
I brought in my new truck for an oil change - I checked my skid plate in the parking lot and saw they didn’t tighten the bolts all the way and one was missing! They claim it was missing when it came in…. They were also the ones that changed the oil the first time so if it was missing it’s because they didn’t tighten it all the way. They left oil all over the skid plate as well.. poor workmanship! Poor ethics!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I want to share my experience in case it helps others. I brought my vehicle to this Valvoline location for an oil change and battery replacement. A few weeks later, my car completely shut down—wouldn’t start, with flashing lights and electrical failure. I had it towed to a dealership, where technicians found extensive electrical damage linked to the battery installation. The total repair cost was over $2,200.
